Honoring the warmth and togetherness of the holiday, this luxurious dining experience brings the best of Alpine-inspired flavors to Deer Valley, with a lavish spread that highlights the bounty of the season. Pricing is $175 per person and $55 for children ages 10 and under.

The festive celebration will feature stations ranging from classic Bavarian pretzels with gourmet dips to a rich Alpine Fondue Station. Guests will enjoy a bountiful Seafood Display, seasonal Ginger Butternut Squash Soup, and a Salad Bar brimming with fresh and flavorful options. Entrées include Herb-Infused Turkey with classic velouté and cranberry compote, Overnight Smoked Prime Rib with rosemary au jus, and Bavarian Schweinebraten made with epic dark beer. Side dishes, like Peach Bread Stuffing and Campfire Glazed Corn Succotash, will accompany the feast, while desserts such as Spiced Pumpkin Pie and an indulgent Chocolate Fountain round out the experience.
