Remington Hall invites you to our first-ever Grand Hyatt Wine Dinner, an intimate evening with Ridge Winery of Sonoma County. This one-night event features a five-course tasting menu, each dish crafted by our culinary team to mirror the depth and nuance of Ridge’s storied wines.

From the Caviar Cannolo kissed with yuzu crème fraîche to braised bison short rib with Utah scone and wine reduction, each plate pairs seamlessly with Ridge’s expressive selections — including the celebrated Montebello Cabernet Sauvignon and Estate Chardonnay from the Santa Cruz Mountains.
