DESCRIPTION:ArtWorks is a new professional development series for artists and creatives hosted by the Arts Council of Park City + Summit County \n\n\nArtists at all stages of their career are invited to join us at CREATE PC at 1500 Kearns Blvd for the first in a new series of workshops aimed to support local artists in gaining new creative opportunities\, building their businesses and audiences\, and connect to the artist community. \nThe first workshop will be Public Art 101\, led by Utah Division of Arts and Museums Public Art Manager Hannah Nielsen. Hannah will share with us her unique insight into the public art opportunities in Utah\, as well as discuss what makes a compelling public art submission and what kind of projects resonate with communities. We’ll have plenty of time for questions and networking as well. \nThis event is free to the community.
