Dos Hermanos, Utah’s first Paraguayan restaurant, has opened its doors at Junction Commons in Park City. Transitioning from a popular food truck to a brick-and-mortar establishment, it offers authentic Paraguayan street food such as empanadas with various fillings, lomitos (traditional sandwiches), and shawarmas.
