Rib eye – Pair with The Prisoner. Known for it’s high amount of tannins, it is a go-to choice for all wine enthusiasts when pairing with a more marbled cut of meat like the Ribeye.

Filet – Pair with our Roth Cabernet. On the nose, it has hints of cedar, licorice, pepper, black cherry, and plum to entice the senses. The palate delivers a rich, round mouthfeel and abundant flavors of blueberry, baking spices, vanilla, toffee and cocoa. Velvety tannins linger on the seemingly endless finish to pair it terrifically with our 6oz Filet.

Salmon – Pair with our Rombauer. A traditional Chardonnay, highly recommended when pairing with a grilled salmon as it features flavors of ripe peach, melon and citrus, balanced with a buttery finish. This richness, often described as “buttery” or “creamy,” acts similarly to a sauce on the fish, making it an excellent match for fatty, nutrient-dense fish like salmon.
