Guests will enjoy a bountiful Seafood Display\, seasonal Ginger Butternut Squash Soup\, and a Salad Bar brimming with fresh and flavorful options. Entrées include Herb-Infused Turkey with classic velouté and cranberry compote\, Overnight Smoked Prime Rib with rosemary au jus\, and Bavarian Schweinebraten made with epic dark beer.
