Chefs Mauro and Hansen will greet each guest. Reservations required.\n\nThursday\, March 27\, 2025: The St. Regis Deer Valley‘s award-winning signature restaurant RIME\, will feature a Takeover by Chef Zakarian in collaboration with RIME’s Chef de Cuisine Abrams. A tasting and an à la carte menu will be offered\, emphasizing the best cuisine of land and sea.
