- Contrast therapy is a practice in which the entire body is repeatedly exposed to extreme heat, followed by extreme cold in order to reduce inflammation among many other benefits. Avanto offers that in the form of cold plunges and a dry sauna.
Cold Plunge — Cold water stimulates norepinephrine, a hormone that produces relief and improves mood, reducing anxiety and depression. We currently offer two cold plunge pools that are set to 55°, and 45° respectively.
Sauna — Our Nordic style dry sauna is set to 196º ensuring that beginners and avid users are able to utilize our amenities.
